  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Verifying & maintaining records of outgoing goods
  • Track movement of products.
  • Properly receive, pack and store items,
  • Ensure proper loading and unloading of items,
  • Ensure accuracy in packing/ loading.
  • Deliver items to customer residence.
  • Ensure accuracy in delivery quantity and related paperwork,
  • Take corrective action for damaged Items – inform immediate supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness of respective work areas.
  • Develop effective and productive working relationships with colleagues.


  • High school qualification – A Pass in Year 12.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Be medically and physically fit to work in a large warehouse environment.
  • Possess good communication skills.
  • Presentable and well groomed.
  • Ability to deal with changing priorities and work demands.
