Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all frontend restaurant operations.
  • Provide satisfactory service to dine in, take away and delivery customers.
  • Leading the team to achieve the given sales targets.
  • Planning and launching customer promotions to optimize the sales.
  • Analyzing sales and trends to introduce new items liaising with the head chef.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in all food outlets and dining area.
  • Enforce all COVID safe protocol and procedures.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all frontend staff.

Requirements:

  • Significant work experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Front and back of house experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Decisive and critical thinker.
  • Flexible with changing work schedule.
