We are looking for Enthusiastic and Dynamic individuals for the following positions to join our team at the upcoming On the Go Service Station Bakery in Lautoka.



  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the bakery.
  • Creates new and exciting menus to engage the interest of customers.
  • Coordinates activities of bakers engaged in food preparation.
  • Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are maintained.
  • Monitor inventory usage and expiry dates.
  • Purchase items accordingly within the allocated budget.
  • Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, safety hazards, or
    unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.
  • Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety
  • Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal


  • Diploma in Baking & Pastry.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Head Baker or Pastry Chef.
  • Be able to work flexible hours.



  • Design and improve recipes.
  • Measuring and combining ingredients and able to operate mixers, blenders,
    heat sources, and other equipment to prepare pastries.
  • Decorating and displaying finished products.
  • Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations and
    providing exceptional customer service.
  • Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is
    sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
  • Informing Head Baker on any additional stocks required.
  • Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and performing other
    duties on request.


  • Certificate in Baking and Pastry.
  • Experience in similar role would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision.
  • Be able to work flexible hours.
