Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all miscellaneous buying upon approval as and when required
  • Ensure that all commercial buying is done using the right procedure and record is kept
  • Liaise with Manager Admin for approvals and processing payments for Suppliers
  • Oversee maintenance for Warehouse whilst liaising with Vendors
  • Maintain record for all Nadi fleet vehicles together with Director vehicles for LTA fitness
  • Conduct routine vehicle check and keep track of Generator and Forklift Fuel
  • Report requirements for any repairs to Manager Admin
  • Ensure Air conditioning and Fire Equipment’s are serviced on a timely manner
  • Assist Officers with warehouse inspection as and when required
  • Manage facilities and assuring a clean and safe work environment as per OHS requirement

Requirements:

  • Year 13 qualification or equivalent Certificate level
  • At least 2 years of experience in the related field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency with computer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to work flexible hours
  • Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision
