JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Receptionist / P.A., you will be the first point of contact for our company, managing our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and welcome corporate guests.
  • Direct visitors to appropriate person and office.
  • Handle internal and external phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area, lobby, board room and offices of directors are tidy and
    presentable.
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Coordinate and arrange the meetings and other personal matters as advised
    by the directors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Extremely positive attitude and personal interest to assist guests and internal
    staff.
  • Eager to lean new things and accept challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and pleasant personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great organizing skills, multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Ability to understand the importance and set priorities.
  • Proven prior work experience as a Receptionist/PA/Secretory will be a definite
    advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Reasonable education background.
