Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a fully stocked department.
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
• Be actively involved in the receiving of new shipments.
• Keep up to date with product information.
• Accurately describe product features and benefits to the customers.

Requirements:

• High School qualification – A pass in Year 13.
• Up to 2 years of experience in the similar roles/ fields
• Sound knowledge of all high technology products such as Laptops, desktops, phones, tablets, smart TV’s, audio’s, cameras and smart gadgets.
• Creative merchandising skills.
• Customer oriented with excellent selling techniques
• Ensure consistent and excellent customer service
• Presentable / well-groomed and a good communicator
• Able to work under pressure and portray team work
• Flexible with working hours
