Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels.
• Process purchase orders as required.
• Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports.
• Co-ordinate shipping logistics and receiving of imports.
• Check import edits and invoices.
• Check deliveries.
• Check transfer edits.
• Check import adjustments.
• Update daily receiving records.
• Monitor displayed stock movement.
• Carry out destruction procedures.
• Follow up on pending deliveries/transfers.
• Follow up queries during receiving stock.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Flexible with working hours
