Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels
• Process purchase orders as required
• Record purchases, maintain database, perform physical count of inventory, and reconcile actual stock count to computer generated reports
• Check import edits and invoices
• Check deliveries
• Check transfer edits
• Check import adjustments
• Update daily receiving records
• Monitor displayed stock movement
• Carry out destruction procedures
• Follow up on pending deliveries/transfers
• Follow up queries during receiving stock

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management or related field would be an advantage
• Ideally possess a clean and valid group 9 license
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Team player
