RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Prepare bank reconciliation.
• Ensure timely bank payments.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity.
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Preparation of variance analysis & management reports.
• Oversee the AP & AR functions.
• Checking payments and banking deposits for accuracy.
• Assisting Finance Manager in preparation of annual budgets & internal control systems.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A degree in Accounting from a recognized university.
• Prior working experience of 2 to 4 years in accounting and finance.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software.
• Experience with general ledger functions.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Fluency in Microsoft office applications with Advanced MS Excel skills.
