TappooCity Department Stores
TappooCity Suva is our six-storey flagship department store in the heart of the capital city Suva with three levels of world class shopping, a multicultural food court, speciality shops, a medical centre, an executive bar lounge, a conference room and other facilities, and prime executive offices. TappooCity Lautoka incorporates our ‘shop-eat-celebrate’ concept through a clever mix of retail, food court, state of-the-art cinemas, department and specialty stores.
Airport Duty Free Stores
The Tappoo Group has tremendous presence at both Nadi and Nausori International Airports. The Departures Duty Free Store at Nadi International Airport is the flagship of the Group’s airport operations and ranks amongst the finest duty free shopping facilities in the region. All outlets carry leading brands of fragrances and cosmetics, watches and portable consumer electronics like cameras and headphones, as well as liquor, fashion and travel accessories, sportswear and luggage.

Retail Services
Our pioneering customer loyalty programme Tappoo Frequent Shopper has been running since 1996. Today, there are over 70,000 members. Our Gift Registry service launched in 2004.
