Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry.
- Maintain a document filing system.
- Carry out invoice reconciliation.
- Prepare necessary reports.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Accounting or High school qualification – A Pass in Year 12 with accounting knowledge.
- Computer literate
- Prior experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- High attention to detail.
- Presentable / well-groomed and a good communicator.
- Ability to work under pressure and portray team work.
