Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry.
  • Maintain a document filing system.
  • Carry out invoice reconciliation.
  • Prepare necessary reports.

Requirements:

  • Certificate in Accounting or High school qualification – A Pass in Year 12 with accounting knowledge.
  • Computer literate
  • Prior experience in similar role will be an added advantage.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Presentable / well-groomed and a good communicator.
  • Ability to work under pressure and portray team work.
