Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Assist in designing exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
  • Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Assist in leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
  • Assist in implementing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures.
  • Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report to Group F & B Manager regarding sales results and productivity.
  • Timely analysis of Food & Beverage menu for profitability and popularity.
  • Participation and input towards F&B Marketing activities.
  • Assist in developing standard food and beverage cost and cost % by giving standardized recipes.
  • Control considerations in the areas of purchasing, receiving, storage, issuing, production and service.
  • Develop and use an inventory control system for food and beverage control.
  • Assist in developing, implement and manage various Events.
  • Work closely with exhibition organizers, stand designers and contractors.
  • Highly committed to P&L analysis and results
  • Responsible for duties and tasks allocated by Group F&B Manager as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in F&B/ Hospitality/ Management.
  • Proven food and beverage supervision/managerial experience of 3 to 5 years.
  • Computer Literate (MS Office, POS)
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
  • Mastery in delegating multiple tasks.
  • Communication and leadership skills.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet targets.
