RESPOSIBILITIES:
• Design and improve recipes.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and able operate mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to prepare pastries.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Greeting customers, answering questions, making recommendations and providing exceptional customer service.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment’s are sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
• Informing Head Baker on any additional stocks required.
• Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of baked goods on display.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy baked goods counter and performing other duties on request.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Certificate in Baking and Pastry.
• Experience in similar role would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Be able to work flexible hours.
