The successful candidate will be reporting to and under the general supervision/ guidance of the Regional Finance Manager, he/she will be responsible for overall banking functions of On the Go Pte Limited (OTGL).

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile cashier close offs against deposit slips & bank statement.
• Prepare short & over report in MS Excel.
• Communicate with site supervisors for any variances & take necessary actions.
• Perform cashbook (GL) receipts reconciliation.
• Preparation of bank reconciliation.
• Identify dishonored cheques, report to management & take necessary actions.
• Keep track of black list customers.
• Provide direct deposit confirmation to respective departments.
• Maintain company stationery records.
• Any other duties assigned by the Accountant/Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• A Diploma in Accounting/Finance from a recognized institution.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Experience in fueling industry will be an added advantage.
