RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Take customer orders.
• Prepare beverages as per standard order.
• Serve beverages and pastries.
• Making coffee at the standard time and maintaining quality and consistency.
• Making correct orders as per guest orders/ minimize wastages.
• Demonstrating accurate product knowledge.
• Suggestive selling (using the correct service standard).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate in food and beverage  with at least 1 year of hands on experience.
• Be able to work flexible hours.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced business environment.
• Customer oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Follows all food safety & sanitation procedures
