• Managing and leading a team of Travel Consultants in different locations.
• Training and mentoring the team and handling their technical issues.
• Handling customers’ ticketing and travel inquires.
• Should drive the company’s ticketing sales and set targets.
• Promote and organize local and overseas tour packages for individuals and groups, etc.

• Intensive technical knowledge and hands on experience in Amadeus ADS in order to offer the lowest fare to the clients.
• Sound knowledge in Visa application process for various countries.
• Knowledge and experience in student visa applications for popular countries will be a definite advantage .
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience in sales / customer care.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision as a team leader.
• Prior experience in handling mass scale corporate clients.
• Prior travel/airline ticketing experience in a similar capacity with proven track records.
• Adequate education background with computer literacy.
