Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external professionals.
• Work out with gathered details and information to create final deliverables and closely working with engineering team.
• Create detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in civil engineering/drafting from a recognized institute.
• Hands on experience with AUTO CAD – 2D and 3D – drawings and diagrams used in construction (building) projects, such as RCC and Steel building and other structures.
• Experience interior design works, 3D modeling, Solid works, construction supervising experience, working with local authorities related to construction works will be added advantages.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in teams.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
