• Manage and maintain day to day operations of company websites and e-commerce platforms, including associated and relevant tools and technologies by ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively for customers.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive online sales for the business.
• Be the first point of contact for customer queries, feedback and online orders.
• Report to upper management on sales, customer traffic, feedback and overall status of online business presence.
• Content sourcing and management of relevant social media platforms where required including coordinating with respective parties.
• Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments.

• A degree in marketing/ management or business management from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Web development skills.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and HTML, understanding of the printing process and specifications.
• Familiarity with production and rendering methods, including drawing, offset printing, photography, interactive media, Creative thinking skills.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail.
