As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our digital platforms, including the Intranet, Corporate Website, and Tappoo Online Store. The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in WordPress and Shopify, with an understanding of CSS and Javascript coding being an added advantage (although not mandatory). Additionally, a sound knowledge of Google Analytics will be beneficial to analyze and optimize the performance of our digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of company websites and e-commerce platforms including:
    • Ensuring they are functioning efficiently and effectively for customers.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive online sales for the business.
    • Including use of appropriate Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tools.
    • Monitoring customer traffic and liaising with IT/Vendors to address system glitches where required.
    • Liaising with relevant business and IT personnel to identify and implement format and features of websites and platforms.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints via various communication channels, including email, phone, online store, social media, and live chat.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan social media content calendars aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal events.
    • Schedule and publish content using social media management tools for optimal reach and engagement.
    • Manage the day-to-day management of the online store, including product updates, promotions, customer liaison and website optimizations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Essential – Advanced Diploma or higher in IT, business management, marketing, or related field.
  • Essential – Experience in developing or otherwise managing website, social media, and mobile applications.
  • Essential – Experience in managing e-commerce campaigns to drive sales.
  • Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision.
  • Highly developed skills in communication (written and verbal), time management and problem solving.
  • Desirable – Be capable of using digital content creation tools (e.g., Photoshop and Canva) to create artwork and other promotional materials.
  • Desirable – Experience in photo and video editing.
