Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Data Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support decision-making and optimize business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop reports, and provide data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical abilities, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, cleanse, and analyze large datasets from the ERP system to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies. Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain a suite of reports, dashboards, and visualizations using ERP reporting tools (e.g., SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI). Present data in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and trends.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP data with other systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS). Identify data quality issues, implement data cleansing procedures, and establish data governance practices.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains based on data analysis. Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, design workflows, and implement changes in the ERP system.
• Data Validation and Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate ERP system configurations, data integrity, and functionality. Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Documentation and Training: Prepare comprehensive documentation of data analysis methodologies, report specifications, and data definitions. Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of ERP data and reporting tools.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ERP systems and data analytics. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data analysis processes and drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field(Equivalent)
• Minimum Experience of 5+ year experience with Similar capacity
• Experience of Cognos BI Tool , IMAS and Oracle Systems
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within an ERP environment.
• In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their data structures.
• Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in process improvement and project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile) is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
