RESPOSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this position will be responsible for handling finished products movement safely, technically and efficiently. The detail responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles and sea containers using FIFO method
• Stacking palletized goods to allocated storage bays
• Following Inventory control protocols and procedures
• Ensuring all loads have been placed securely as per Health and Safety requirement
• Stacking empty pallets at allocated storage bays
• Ensuring the forklift is parked at a secure area, fueled, regularly cleaned and ready to operate at any given time.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should possess:

• Possess a clean and valid group 9 license
• Two years of experience of operating a forklift in a factory/ warehouse environment
• Have a disciplined and hardworking attitude
• Be an efficient and punctual employee
• Have knowledge of OHS requirements of a warehouse environment.
