• Greet and Welcome guests.
• Show guests to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Provide guests with menus (Drink/ Food).
• Assign wait staff to respective tables.
• Assist wait staff as needed.
• Thank customers as they depart.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation principles.
• Ensure Food Safety Standards.
• Willingness to work as part as a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours – including weekends and public holidays.
