Imports Payment Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collection of imports invoices from agents to ensure timely payments & timely follow up on import documents.
• Preparation of import costings and follow up with other departments to compile costing.
• Completing Trade operations & handling incoming emails and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders
• Ensure effective record-keeping practices are followed at all times.
Education & Skill Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. Master’s Degree in Business Management would be preferred.
• Essential to have 10 years’ experience in Commercial, import payments in a large company.
• Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision & able to meet deadlines.
• Computer Literate. Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Good verbal and written communication skills.
