RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to questions and requests about parts.
• Greet customers in-person and determine what parts they need.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure parts are available or ordered promptly when needed.
• Liaise with service team to ensure correct part is supplied for respective service/ repair job.
• Receive, unpack, and store parts.
• Track inventory and input items into the company log to ensure accurate inventory counts.
• Process payments and returns, when necessary, upon approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Prior working experience in a similar role
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sound understanding of automotive components and systems
• Highly developed interpersonal skills with ability to work co-operatively with others at all levels.
• Demonstrate commitment to achievements.
• Computer literate.
