Office Admin Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Compile the work permit applications as per the guidelines given by the Fiji Immigration.
• Liaising with relevant staff, department heads and HR department on the new and renewal of work permits.
• Maintaining utmost high level of confidentiality on information.
• Maintaining methodical and accurate details of applications submitted with Fiji Immigration.
• Maintaining files of such information and candidates in a confidential and methodical manner.
• Sending out reminders to staff, HODs and HR Department on the renewal of existing work permits prior to expiry.
• Maintaining constant communication with Fiji Immigration on clarifications and follow ups of work permit applications submitted.
• Assisting receptionists in welcoming the corporate guests, answering the calls, upkeep of corporate office, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Reasonable qualification in office admin/ secretarial studies.
• Proven work experience in an admin / secretarial position of a reputed organisation.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and use of internet.
• Experience in handling Fiji immigration work permit and visa will be a definite advantage.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
