RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Compile month end wet stock reports
• Compile security trackers
• Update pending M&R reports for all sites and send out reminders to sites for outstanding issues
• Investigate high fuel variances
• Fiji times/Fiji sun entries on link soft
• Compile records of pending recoveries for all sites and do follow ups for recoveries
• Assist in any projects NOM undertakes
• Assist NOM in any reports they require at their discretion
• Check FRR for all sites
• Check fuel reconciliation for all sites
• Stock Entry for sundry invoices
• Assist Asst Purchasing Officer
• Assist Senior EDP Operator

REQUIREMENTS: 
• A minimum Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration will be an added bonus.
• Proven experience as an office administrator or of a similar field.
• Have a friendly and engaging personality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software systems.
• Data analysis
• Confident and is competent to prioritizing his / her task with minimal supervision.
• Should be able to attend to customer queries.
• Should be self-motivated and trust worthy and comfortable to handling confidential information.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with a solid interpersonal ability.
• Must be helpful and polite.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of the role.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Able to work as part of On The Go team and to build effective working relationships with a range of people from different backgrounds.
• Must be able to work under pressure and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• Attention to detail.
