RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet customers in a professional manner with a positive attitude either by phone or in person.
• Answer questions about panel outcomes, schedule and book appointments, vehicle drop-off and vehicle pick-up.
• Manage and oversee the dealership’s workflow and schedule.
• Maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School qualification – A pass in year 13.
• Up to 2 years of experience in similar role.
• Possess a valid driving license (Auto and Manual).
• Ability to build rapport with customers and meet their requirements
• Computer Literate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ready to take initiatives with teamwork.
• Ability to work independently, and with minimal supervision.
