RESPOSIBILITIES: 
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this position will be responsible for conducting all laboratory tests with high accuracy and precision according to test methods. The detail responsibilities will also include:

• Perform in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating the required adjustments to the production supervisor
• Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests
• Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs
• Knowledge on International Organization for Standardization and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point manufacturing practices
• Assist in maintaining appropriate manufacturing standards and procedures
• Ensure quality and food safety systems are followed and records are analyzed
• Prior experience on Food / Ice Cream or Beverage manufacturing is preferred

REQUIREMENTS: 
• Applicants should process tertiary qualification in Bachelor of Science/Diploma in Food Technology or Industrial Laboratory Technology
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position preferably in carbonated soft drink manufacturing environment
• Possess extensive knowledge related to beverage control and test equipment
• Knowledge about plant and environment safety
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet manufacturing standards
• Possess sound knowledge on statistics, excellent communication skills and computer literacy
• Hold a high sense of responsibility and flexibility to achieve product specifications
• Should possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge on Microbiology will be an added advantage
