RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Update daily receiving records.
• Follow up queries during receiving stock.
• Follow up on pending deliveries/transfers.
• Follow up on pending GRR entries.
• Address and follow up on transfer issues.
• Monitor stock transfers to various locations.
• Monitor displayed stock movement.
• Carry out destruction procedures of damaged / expired stocks if any.
• Ensure stocks are stored properly.
• Order stocks as required.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven work experience as a Stock Controller.
• Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Team player.
• Flexible with working hours.
